PLAN AND NATIONAL TABLE OF ALLOCATION AND UTILIZATION OF RADIO-FREQUENCY SPECTRUM OF KOSOVA

Telecommunication Regulatory Authority, with the aim to ensure a fruitful, effective use and having care about proper defending and utilization of frequency spectrum has harmonized and adapt the existing Radio-Frequency Table of Kosova with the Plan and National Table of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-Frequency for Republic of Kosova.

National Plan of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-frequency Spectrum together with Table of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-frequency Spectrum in the frequency range 9 kHz up to 275 GHz for Republic of Kosova is compiled by TRA and is handed in to Kosova Parliament for approval in April month, 2011.

Plan and National Table of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-frequency Spectrum for Republic of Kosova is harmonized in compliance with General European Table of Allocation and Utilization of Frequencies described according to Report 25 of ERC, European Communication Committee ECC as well as relevant recommendations of CEPT and ITU. Plan and National Table of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-frequency Spectrum of Kosova during compilation and preparatin is published in public consultation for all interested parties the deal with frequency spectrum utilization too, in orden to give them the opportunity to give the opinions, suggestions and comments for frequency bands and telecommunication services that are incorporated in this dokument. A continued coordination and harmonization has been with KFOR as a important user of Frequency Spectrum. Plan and National Table of Allocation and Utilization of Radio-frequency Spectrum for Republic of Kosova is compiled and prepared by TRA in there languages: Albanian, Serbian and English. Until the adoption and approval of this dokument by Kosovo Parliament, under the article 63, paragraph 3 of  Telecommunication Law 2002/7 amended with the Law no. 03/L-085, we will present this dokument as a DRAFT document.
