Pursuant to provision of section 4.4 of the Law on Telecommunications (UNMIK Regulation 2003/16), TRA is authorised to issue regulation for the implemantation of the Law on Telecommunications.
This section contains all Regulations issued by the TRA, which create secondary legislation infrastructure in the telecom sector.
