Technical regulation on radio equipment

Based on Article 1, Article 9, paragraph 3.8, Article 10, paragraph 4, Article 79, paragraph 1) and 2) and Article 94 of Law no. 04 / L-109 on Electronic Communications (hereinafter referred to as "the Law") and Article 20 of the Internal Regulation (Ref. No.161 / 06) of the Regulatory Authority of Electronic and Postal Communications (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) the Authority by Decision no. 983 (No. 030 / B / 17) has approved the Technical Regulation for Radio Equipment (No. Prot. 032 / B / 17 dated 27.04.2017). This Regulation will begin to apply from 31 December 2017.

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the regulatory framework for making available on the market and putting into service, conformity assessment and market surveillance of radio equipment in the Republic of Kosovo.
